1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://oliveandgold.in (the "Website") and any purchase you make from [N & K Enterprise], trading as Olive and Gold ("Olive and Gold," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order. We recommend you read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and the policies referenced below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, Descriptions and Pricing
- We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of jewelry.
- Many items feature cubic zirconia (CZ), simulated stones, pearls, and plated or sterling finishes; product descriptions specify the materials for each item.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to change prices, products, or offers at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or a breach of these Terms.
- An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the item(s).
- If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.
5. Payments
- We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways, including [UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets].
- All payment details are processed securely by the payment provider. We do not store your card or banking details.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation (except where Cash on Delivery is explicitly offered).
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3] business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location and our logistics partners. Estimated delivery details are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We want you to love your Olive and Gold pieces. If you are not fully satisfied, the following terms apply.
7.1 Return window
- You may request a return or exchange within 2 (two) days of delivery. Requests made after this 2-day window cannot be accepted.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, in its original condition with all tags, packaging, gift box, and invoice intact.
7.2 How to request
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [support@oliveandgold.in] within the 2-day window with your order number and, where applicable, an unboxing video and photographs clearly showing the issue (we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to support any damaged/wrong-item claim).
7.3 Exchange or refund processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the request, your exchange or refund will be delivered/processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may additionally depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges are dispatched within the same 5–7 business day period, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
7.4 Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked "Final Sale," clearance, or purchased during special promotions [as indicated on the product page];
- Customised, personalised, or engraved items;
- Earrings and other pierced-body jewelry, for hygiene reasons, except where they arrive damaged or defective;
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
7.5 Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within the 2-day window with supporting photos/video. Approved cases are eligible for a replacement or full refund, processed within 5–7 business days, at no additional cost to you.
7.6 Shipping costs on returns
- For approved returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping is at our cost.
- For change-of-mind returns/exchanges, [return shipping charges may apply / a reverse-pickup fee of ₹[amount] may be deducted]. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us at [support@oliveandgold.in]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per Section 7.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order as described in Section 4.
9. Care and Use of Jewelry
Olive and Gold jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and stored separately to preserve its finish. Damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care guidance is not covered under returns or exchanges.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website including images, videos, logos, designs, text, and graphics is the property of Olive and Gold or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to upload harmful or misleading content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Website.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive and Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olive and Gold, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
